When customers bring their vehicles into one of our Centres for service or repair, their first point of contact will be one of our service advisors. Working as part of a team, your duties will include booking in vehicles, greeting customers, informing them of progress, liaising with the workshop and other internal departments. The successful applicant will have gained experience, working in a similar role but is looking to Listers Group for better rewards and better promotion opportunities. We will be looking to recruit a customer service professional with or without previous automotive experience. You will however need to hold a full driving licence.
