Complimentary Volkswagen Assistance
Volkswagen Assistance* provides you with breakdown and recovery services, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The benefits can include home and roadside assistance anywhere in the UK - with no limit on mileage or call-outs, a replacement car for up to two days, onward travel cost and hotel accommodation for you and your passengers**.

Multi-point inspection
Before any vehicle is displayed, our skilled technicians conduct a thorough inspection both internally and externally, noting any defects that may appear.
Comprehensive re-conditioning and valeting
Following the multipoint inspection, any faults reported will be rectified by your Listers Volkswagen retailer. Any repair or maintenance work will be performed by a Volkswagen trained technician using Volkswagen original parts. As a final check, the vehicle will be taken on a thorough road test. Such procedures will ensure that, when you take to the road in your own demonstration drive, you’ll be driving a vehicle in first-class condition that fully represents the high standards of Volkswagen.
Mileage verification check
Every Approved Used vehicle has its mileage verified. Confirmation will be passed onto you when you take delivery of your vehicle.
Vehicle validation check
Listers Volkswagen know how important peace of mind is. By taking advantage of the specialist services available, we are able to check against a number of large information databases to ensure your car is exactly what it says it is.
Service history check and certificate
Evidence of regular servicing is important and if your choice is a used Volkswagen, we are able to make checks through Volkswagen systems and produce a service history certificate.
If your choice is another make of vehicle, we will, of course, endeavour to provide evidence of the vehicle’s service history.
